I Got The New Magicjack,swapped With Old One,now Can't Receive Incoming,ok Outgo

got message that number is not assigned yet. Can't find any way to register number to phone. Went to chat room but unable to answer messages, as typing on my keyboard will not show up on message board from magicjack. Phone number was no help, was told to go to web site,they can't help me. I seem to be stuck between,with no help.
