Creating A New Magicjack With The Software Registration Form

I recieved this new magicjack device, i plugged it up to the pc how it is supposed to go. Everything went well until I got to the registration form which said i must login to an existing account and only that. This fustrates me because there is no way for me to get around that on the form, it does not let me create a new account, i am very pissed. I need help

You should not be having these problems. You might want to try resetting: unplug your magicJack, run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Centerapp, and then reboot and re-plug.

Or you can return the device, as follows:

If you bought it at a retailer, return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt. Otherwise, you must return it within 30 days with the RMA email or RMA Bar Code enclosed.

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number by visiting: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html The procedure outlined there will get you the address to which to return your device.
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact.
All components must be included.
