ut he never hooked it up so he asked me to do it for him,he does not have a computer.so i am trying to hook it up for him.thank you.

magicJack won't work without an Internet connection. Sorry. It's promotional verbiage is misleading.

magicJack will not take back a device bought at a retailer like Radio Shack. If you can get Radio Shack to take it back, good luck.

You may wish to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
