That phrase is misleading at best. Current international rates are listed here. Calling the United States or Canada from another country with your magicJack is free.

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html
