what to do. I have a new PC with windows 7 and high speed Internet. I have a message error 404 after please connect to Internet and double click here -error 404

1)Open Control Panel (Start Menu - Control Panel)
2)Click Internet Options
3)Click CONNECTIONS tab
4)Click Lan Settings button
5)Make sure the box under the Proxy Server section is UNSELECTED

power cycle your router and/or modem (some have all in one devices). This worked for me and others I have discussed with. Something changed from ISP that is blocking magic jack's throughput. resetting modem & router seems to resolve.
