What Is Error 3 And How Can I Make My Majic Jack Work Again?

I have been using majic jack for a couple of months and suddenly it stopped working last week and i keep on getting this message:"Please connect to the internet, and double-click here (error 3)". Please help!

Go into the customer service area and click on the "Vista" upgrade even if you don't have Vista. Allow it to download and install and you will then see the new version of the softphone with your number in the upper left border.
