Why Don't I Have My Caller Id Anymore?

Once I installed Magic Jack, I had my Caller ID and now it doesn't appear anymore. WHY?

magicJack states in it faq:

Inbound Calls:
magicJack will display the Caller ID of the person calling you.

Outbound Calls:
Other parties with Caller ID will see your telephone number when you call them.
They will NOT see your name, unless they have saved your number as a contact.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:
