Yes, you just need to plug your magic jack into the second computer. Registration is only one time, then after, you can use it in as many computers as you want. From their F.A.Q(Their website is not in a format to direct link to their content, so I am copying and pasting here)

Can I move my magicJack between different computers?

YES. magicJack is a portable device and may be used on multiple computers.

magicJack may be used on any Windows XP, Windows Vista, Wnodows 7, or Intel-based MACs. You will not have to register your magicJack again.

Simply plug your magicJack into the new computer and wait for the software to appear and you will be able to make and receive calls within moments.

Only one magicJack may be used on a computer at a time.

magicJack is ideal for traveling.

You may also want to download the magicJack APP and select the same number as your magicJack if you do not wish to move your magicJack.
