How can I restore my contacts list on my magic jack? The contact list is showing empty

You need to restore your computer to a previous date... try about a week in advanced... I lost my contacts today with an update my computer did and then I lost my contacts in magic jack... but when I restored my computer... and when I opened magic jack it came up with my contacts... I pray this helps others out there... Now, I am trying to save the contacts... incase this happens again... which of course if it does I will restore my computer again... but just incase one day this does not work... atleast I will have my contacts saved...

Hi, Magic Jack has recently just announced that Magic Jack customers have received thier latest update. Magic Jack gives this statement "There may be some Magic Jack users that will no longer have thier past contact list available. Please create a new contact list. Or latest upgrade with advance features should prevent this from ever happening again. We apologize for any inconvenience. Agents will not be able to restore contact list" I hope this is helpful and answers your questions. Have a great day!
