I am using magic jack from last one year i am going to online renewal for one year.but by mistake i have ordered one new magic jack.now i want to cancel that order. please suggest me.

Sorry to tell you, but unfortunately it is very difficult to get refund with Magic Jack. You can try to contact their customer service, but they hardly can help you. According to terms and conditions they offer you 30 days money back guarantee, but you used it longer and payed for the next period. Maybe you could try to back your new Magic Jack?
