What If I Change Internet Service Provider? Do I Need To Reset Everything?

I am planning to switch from At&t to comcast. the modem is going to be different. What should I do after that to get magic jack working?

No, you should not have to reset. Just unplug and replug, and wait for the software to appear.

If there's a problem you can reset, as follows:

Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
