No Audio Found And Says * Numbersssss * Instead Of My Magic Jack Number*

Hello, I cand make and receive any call I just did a setup everything in the webpage and should be normal but its not. Today I received a new password from magic jack and I don't know why after that my magic jack is not working somebody can help me please?

Go to the menu drop dwon to advance select run magic jack fix. Select a live chat,talk to the rep. and explain your problem.

Your device may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, simple actions will resolve the problem, as outlined here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.

Run http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/magicJackSetup.exe

Not work yet?
- Open Device Manager, uninstall USB Internet Phone by
TigerJet under Sound...
- Right-click on Disk Devices, click on Scan for
hardware changes, new driver will be installed.
