Support ? And Return & Refund Issue

Andmy Magic Jack Is Nottttttt Nottttttt Working!!!!!! It States Error 3002!!!!! And Also I Have Talked To Support A Couple Wks Ago Abt The Severe Severe Severe Breaking Up When Talking On It!!!!!! Who I Am Talking To As Well Ason My End You Can Not And I Mean Can Not Have A Short Conversation With Nooooooooobody Cuz Of This!!!!!!! And I Did Did Not Not Nothave This Problem When I First Got The Magic Jack Plus For The First 2 Wks!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooooo Whats Up With This!!!!!!! Sooooooooo At This Point I Can Not Not Not Not Use Your Product!!!! So Apperently I Am Returning It Back To You!!!!!! Cuz Your Company Magic Jack Can Not Not Not Not Not Fix This Issue!!!!!!!

Error 3002 tells you there's an issue with your modem. magicJack offers 2 solutions:

Option 1:

Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and make sure they allow multiple devices to be connected to their modem. There are some ISP's that only allow one device to be connected.

Option 2:

Connect a router to your modem and let the router handle DHCP (most routers have this setting enabled by default). Once the router is connected to the modem, you can connect the magicJack PLUS to one of the available Ethernet ports on the back of your router.

I have to agree with you about magicJack. magicJack's support is as a rule magically useless. If you want to return the product, instructions are at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

Calm down please. This is helpowl.com not Magicjack and ive replied with a solution to your error that seams to be how people on several different forums have solved the same problem. Helpowl is a question/answer site made up of people that want to help other people, thats all. There is no need in having a fit. Here is a copy of all the replies i have made to your questions in case you are not checking on what you previously submited.

Answer to your first question:

"Microsoft says you can solve this error by rebooting the router. And Ive read where some people changed the USB adapter and it started getting a dial tone because the USB adapter shipped with Magicjack is so incredibly poor quality its faulty upon first use.
