I paid for my Magic Jack twice so I got a total of 10 years I want a refund for the 5 years

magicJack does not commit to refunding renewal fees. I wish you the best of luck, but you may be stuck with your 10-year renewal. Sorry.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
