Payment Was Charge Three Times!!

I did process a payment and was charge three times.The service is not working and the screen shows like the service has expired!!

Sorry for your problems. Yours is unfortunately representative of a great many complaints about magicJack, which could be charitably characterized as administratively challenged.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking, but the phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
