11/11/2012 I Called To Cancel Order Returned Asinstructed

you instructed me to return both mistaken orders on 11/11 2012 after I called I did return both back I was told to mail back both orders return to sender I responded to the email within 1 hour to cancel orders becausethere was no place to use a coupon they were mailed at the same time a few days later. Now I have seen a charge of81.64 on my credit card\fr I wan confirmation to get the refund
