How To Use Old Home Number With Magic Jack After Parting With My Carrier?

My current carrier is Verison. Would I be able to use the same phone number I have when start using MJ after I unsubscribe from Verison?

No. magicJack will transfer your current phone number for a fee, but does not otherwise allow you to choose your precise number.
