Magic Jack Is Not Allowing Us To Renew Our Phone And I Need Help To Find Out Why

our phone magic jack phone is up for renewal and we have been unable to do this. I have chatted with them online and they tell me that my account in under review which no one seems to be able to tell me what this means. They have been of no help to me and we are without a phone as a result. please help if you can

Most likely your account is been under review, most of the time is because the MJ holder has refuse a payment.

It might take forever from MJ to come up with an answer.
