All calls to the U.S. or Canada are free. For international calling: At my.magicjack.com go to "My Subscriptions," then to INTERNATIONAL DIALING, and click "Add Credit." Current rates are listed here.

I've read reports however that magicJack wants extra money for some calls within the U.S. or Canada. If that's the case with you, I'd ordinarily refer you to magicJack's customer service. However, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:
