Please contact customer care Phone: 561-594-9925 How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless. Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST

When you ordered your magic jack and made the purchase they sent you an E-mail. Your credit car or debit card statement is your receipt as well. So you should have plenty of documentation just in case that you be asked for proof of purchase.
