Yours is representative a a disturbingly common complaint about this company. Assuming you've confirmed that your payment went through, you're probably safe in ignoring the nags as long as your service continues uninterrupted.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
