The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, but you may be able to get renewal help there. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
