My magic jack is not working am not sure but i think i need to make payment i think its been a year. how can i make a payment and continue the service without calling you, online?

Go to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and then under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five year License, and follow the instructions.
