I Have Magic Jack When Ever I Tried To Open My Magic Jack Panel It Require Email

i have magic jack when ever i tried to open My magic jack panel it require Email/phone number and password i don't know what is the password nor email address. i just wrote my magic jack number and click forget password a message show on screen "EMAIL SENT" what me do please guide me i will be very thanks full to all of you.
