Everytime I Used Majicjack Our Conversation Cut Then I Can Hear His Voice
everytime i used majicjack our conversation cut but i hear his voice then my voice he cannot hear every time i talk

Magic Jack is essemtially a little vampire; it sucks computing and electrical power from your computer to run its' program -- thus it needs to run on your most powerful machine. Hit "Control - alt - del" to bring up the task manager. Check to see what programs you have running in the background comsuming computer power. If you recognize the program, exit out of them. If not -- leave them alone. Shut off or disconnect other computers on your router. Check the Magic Jack performance.
I found my Magic Jack would not run properly on my older machines, and runs fine on my little notebook.
Also -- talk with your internet service provider for help.
