As you may have already learned, seeking magicJack's live support is essentially wasted time and effort. (This is confirmed at Kerv's link, so one has to wonder why Kerv provided it.) To renew, follow these instructions. If those aren't working for you, resubmit here at Help Owl being specific as to what you did (step by step) and what happened.
