Why Did I Get Charged Twice For The Magicjack?

magicJack does not "charge" or bill you for your order two times.

Your credit card company or bank may place a temporary "hold" on the transaction amount to secure the funds when the order is eventually completed. This "hold" also ensure that you may not go over your credit limit.

We do not process any charges until the 30 Day Trial Period has expired.

PLEASE contact your credit card company if you need more details or have a specific question regarding the temporary "hold" on your credit card account.
