My Contact List Is Empty And I Cannot Recover The Telephone Numbers

My contact list has dissapeared and it is empty. What can I do to recover. Is it possible that it is saved in the computer and I can recover it? Many thanks for your reply. Jorge

The same thing just happened to me yesterday....and again today, after having reloaded my list!! I've had magicJack for over a year now and my contact list inexplicably being obliterated has never happened before! This problem is the PITS and I'd sure like an explanation or solution.

Have you been able to restore now your contact list? I cannor get in touch with the customer service. Kindly let me know if you solve the problem, since every time I restart the computer the list is again empty even if I have made some calls. Many thanks for your comments

MagicJack released an update that apparently erased many contact lists:

I think the only way to recover your contact list is to have a written one of your own.

I had the same problem after the recent Upgrade. It will say: Contacts list Empty. And I can't make or receive calls. I went Online with a MagicJack agent few times to no avail. Then i disable my AntiVirus and Firewall and it was solved. I instantly Enable my Firewall and AntiVirus and that was it. My MagicJack still works. MagicJack representatives are very patient. They never give you up. They will try until they get you back going!
