How Can I Get A Confirmation For Placing An Order By A Toll Free Phone Number.

I order by toll free number in ad, a 30 day trial of magicjack and gave all of my credit card information and paid extra for speedy delivery. I was not given a confirmation number and have not received an email confirmation as stated. How can I contact Magicjack for confirmation of order?
