Magicjack Has Charged My Account Before The 30 Day Trial Period I Bounceda Check

They charged my credit card immediately no 30 day trial, I subsequently bounced a check causeing me to loose 37 dollars in fees, why?

magicJack claims it won't charge your card until after the trial, but they say your credit card provider may place a hold on your account, and this action could cause the problem you describe.

My suggestion is to phone your credit card provider. If what they tell you doesn't satisfy you, you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
