I Have Been Billed For The Magic Jack But Not Received It!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am Dora White, I ordered the Magic Jack last week and was billed on Sept. 17 for it. Nothing has arrived yet, what is the hold up? When does the 30 day worrenty start, from billing or receipt of the product?

1. The warranty period starts with the day of your order.

2. magicJack now has a dedicated line for billing questions, 561-594-9925, which may get you an answer. (I hope so.) In general, however, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. Seeking chat help will most likely be a waste of your time.
