Annual Bill Expiration

Dear Magicjack It would have been nice if I had received an email notice of my annual expiration of my bill and I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay $40 instead of $20 as an existing customer. Carla and I have to make a money transfer to our sons debit card that will take 2 or more days that we won't have telephone service because you don't take Pay Pal.
