Downloading Magic Jack App To Other Devices Cost Money? Why It Says Trial Period

If it costs money after trial period, how can I canceal this? I did not know it costs money so I downloaded this app to all my devices! OMG! And how long is the trial period? Pls someone help me.....~40;~40;
