Nothing Works On The Website So I Have No Way To Pay Bill
I have tried for almost two weeks to get onto my account to pay my bill. Each time it says I will be transferred to another site to pay it. I am taken to another site which (DSNB) which states that they don't use the same system as Macy's and sends me back to Macy's page. My account is paperless so I don't have a bill either, I have tried to call and message Macy's, the hold time has be between 10-20 minutes and the messages unanswered. How can I pay my bill??
