What Happened To The Items I Had Shipped To My Address From A Macy's Store?
On Nov 25th 2011, I was shopping at Macy's in a beach town called Carlsbad, Ca. I payed for 14 items on my Macy's card, at the register there - and they promised to ship my purchase from that store to my home in Marina Del Rey, Ca which is only 2.5 hrs from that store. I have not recieved anything as of yet and its been 2 weeks. . I called all the customer service lines, and the store many diferent times, but nobody knows how to look up what happened to my purchase? I really need help!!
