Please Help!!

Dear Macy's   There seems to be a serious problem when people are trying to apply for employment opportunities. The system does not seem to work effectively. I recieved an email after I applied online indicating that Macy's was interested in meeting with me to discuss my skills and employment possibilities, and to select the "Scheduling Appointments" button.  I provided my email loggin and did not see anything under the Scheduling Appointments section.  This read - to select my time that would be best for me to schedule an appointment, but there was nothing to schedule. I did check every day, for 14 days and still nothing, and this ad is still available ( part time sales associate - Gwinette place Mall, Duluth, GA.).    The 14 days have now expired and there are no instructions as to what to do next...I am hoping that I do not have to re-apply all over again.  The system in place is very confusing and time consuming. It is not at all user friendly.   I have worked for Macy's a number of times thru my career as a part time associate, and have never had a problem getting re-hired.  The other frustrating problem is that the MacysJOBS.com email address does not work to reply, ask questions, or to get assistance regarding the Job that has been applied for. Also there is no way to communicate to a real live person.  What happened to HR? Please revise the system so that it is fair and user friendly to everyone. Thank you, De
