Nothing Comes Out Of The Speaker.

Lights come on and I can hear the hum of the speakers. I have my guitar plugged into channel 1 no sound weather the guitar button is pushed in or out Channel 1 Main & Mic/Line at 12 o'clock. Need Help,Joe
