Ie9 Optimized For Msn And Bing.

How do I get rid of MSN and Bing? Have tried everything! They keep coming back, and I don't need them. (MSNBC, MSN ENTERTAINMENT, MSN MONEY, BING TRAFFIC ETC) Have deleted, - even from the registry in regedit - but they keep coming back with each reboot.
