How Do I Get Rid Of The (get The Bing Now) Ad Across My Homepage Msn

I've remove the Bing search engine from my computer throught my control panel (remove programs), gone into manage add-ons and deleted bing removed it from everything on my computer. The ad appears across my MSN homepage and I cannot read news etc. I will change my homepage if this cannot be removed,.
