I Cannot Get Into My Hotmail.com Account Because I Do Not Remember My Password.

Please Help.i Am Beside Myself I Have Had My Hotmail Account For Many Years And Do Not Rember My Password.i Can:t Get Into My E-mail Because Of This.my Phone No Has Changed In The Account So They Can't Text Me Either.so What Can I Do? Giving U My Email Will Not Work Because I Can't Getinto It
