Msi Cx623 Blutooth Not Working

I am trying to swith on blutooth. tried also fn+f9 but it didnt work. Also tried to re install the blutooth through a link you suggested to another person but still is not working...the following is being read:blutooth radio device is not available....any suggestions please?

Greetings - This model has the Bluetooth radio device as an option feature - one of the things used to tell the one that has this device from the one that has not is a sticker written 'BT ERD' on the laptop - This explains why you found a link to a bluetooth driver exactly for your model which sadly did not work in your case. You can try to Google the machine's specifications and you will find that some sites metions bluetooth while some either write 'optional' or a red 'X'
