Replace Usb Dongle
Just received my Logitech MK295 wireless keyboard and mouse. The package did not contain the USB Dongle that is shown on the outside of the box. Obviously, I can't use my new wireless combo without it. How can I get a replacement or can I use a dongle that doesn't say Logitech on it?

I understand your frustration. It's not ideal to receive a new product that is missing a key component.
Unfortunately, you cannot use a dongle that doesn't say Logitech on it with the MK295 wireless keyboard and mouse. The dongle is specifically designed for the MK295 and will not work with other products.
You can contact Logitech customer support to request a replacement dongle. They will likely ask you for the serial number of your MK295, so be sure to have that handy. You can find the serial number on the back of the keyboard or mouse.
Logitech customer support should be able to send you a replacement dongle free of charge. They may ask you to provide proof of purchase, but this is usually not required.
