Had The Remote For Years. It Just Suddenly Went Into Safe Mode When I Changed Ba
batteries. I no longer have the computer that I initially used to program the remote.

Harmony Hub products, such as Harmony Ultimate, Harmony Smart Control and Harmony Smart Keyboard come pre-paired. In the event pairing is lost, you may re-establish it with the steps link below .
If Harmony stops sending commands or is not responding we recommend rebooting your remote, keyboard or restarting Harmony App. You will not lose any device or Activity information. You need to power off all of your devices such as your television and AV receiver. It will assume everything is in a powered off state after Harmony reboots.
Harmony is frozen or not responding
If this does not resolve the issue, re-syncing your Harmony remote is recommended on the MyHarmony desktop software, as this will restore a possible corrupt firmware or configuration.
