Conenction From Clinet Pc To Wap610n Drops

We have a WAP610N setup in our company recently. I have noticed that connection to this Access Point from client laptops keeps loosing automatically. After 2-3 minutes it will come back on its own. As told by Linksys support, I changed the AP to have static IP and changed channel to 9. But still same problem contiues. i also refalshed the firmware as told by linksys support. but it didnt help at all Can someone kindly advice what the problem is and how to solve?

Sounds as though the router might be set to disconnect after a given amount of time. once you log into the router make sure you its set for "keep alive" or which ever option it has to maintain its connection. Also another good trouble shooting step would be to hardwire a computer to the router and see if both wireless and hardwired computers expeirence the same issue.
