Rear End Vibration At 50 Mph

My 2011 Lincoln MKZhas had the original drive shaft replaced at 15,000, the replaced on at 30,000 and feels like it will need to be replaced at 36,000. the car has a vibration at about 50 MPH (steady speed and or deacelerating or accelerating through 50. Drive shafts have been dealer replaced. When the drive shaft was replaced at 30,000 I noted to the dealer something is causing the drive shaft to deteriorate but............... to me, although the drive shaft needed replacement, something is causing it. Any ideas?
