The Light About Seat Belts Flashes Three Times Then Four Times. I Found Code B22

The light began flashing and an alarm bell sounded then later only the light flashes. Three flashes then four. I have looked this code up and found DTC code B2292. Safety belt pretensioner status - passenger circuit failure. How can this be repaired at a resonable price?
