A/c Temperature Control Is Not Working

Everything that has to do with the temperature control is not working in my 2005 Lincoln Navigatior. heated mirrors, a/c heated seats, heated Windows, captains temperature controll area and second row temperature controll. and I'm am not getting any cool air or any heat anymore. How can I get this fix without out spending a lot of money. And can I do this myself? I know something about cars... Thank you!
