Where Is The Flasher Located On 1998 Lincoln Continental?

The turn signal flasher relay is inside the LCM (Lighting Control Module) located under the dash just to the right of the drivers feet, it is a big silver box with lots of wires on it. More explanation here http://www.justanswer.com/ford-lincoln/5g5ul-lincoln-continental-flasher-controls.html
