I assume you mean how do you stop your engine from overheating and antifreeze boiling out of the resouvoir. It shouldnt be driven until its fixed. I have to say that first off. Then you need to either take it to the mechanic or figure out why its overheating even tho it has coolant. The number one cause for that to happen is the thermostat needing to be replaced. Its easy to tell if the thermostat is bad. Follow the upper radiater hose back to the engine block. It will end in the thermostat housing. I believe it is 10mm but I may be wrong as to what size the bolts are. (Im not really a Ford guy)  Either way, remove the thermostat housing and the thermostat will slide right out. Take it inside your home and put a pot of water on the stove until it is boiling. Put the thermostat into the boiling water. In just a few seconds when the metal heats up to the waters temp you should see the center of the top of the thermostat open. If it doesnt, its bad.

If its not opening in boiling water, the same thing is happening in your car. The coolant cant circulate thru the radiater when it needs to cool down so it gets hot, boils and escapes the only place it can... the overflow resouvoir.

If you agree that the answer I provided is correct please remember to "accept" and/or mark it as "helpful" so I know I'm doing a good job. Thank you, I would really appreciate it.
