On the back of the motor head, press and hold the square purple button for about 10 second or till the orange light next to it go out. Now you erased all the codes on the unit including your neighbor remotes code. Now you have to reprogram your remotes and keypad. Press and release the purple button, the orange light is on, press and hold the button on your remote the work light on the motor head will blink to let you know it learn the code. Same with the rest of your remotes and the keypad. If you get a ladder out and get up where you can read the fine print on the back of the motor head, it will all be there to.
